We usually encourage a notice period of 1-2 days, but in case of emergencies, we might be able to arrange the order on the same day.

No, we are closed on Sundays. We operate from Monday to Friday between 6 am – 4 pm and on Saturday between 6 am – 12 pm. It is possible for us to deliver outside these timings, but would incur extra charges.

The unloading time of the truck is 30 minutes. Any waiting time post this would be charged at the rate of $2.80 per minute, in addition to GST. However, you will be notified of the charges before the amount is deducted from your credit card.
